RETURN POLICY
EZ Bake LLC will accept returns on the following pieces of equipment:
– Temperature box
– Cable and coil
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on either the ceramic or titanium nail if they have been used. We will process your nail return, but if we find it in used condition we will have to destroy the nail and be unable to provide you with refund or replacement.
Please follow the individual product instructions and care, as a product that is damaged from misuse may not be accepted for return.

WARRANTY – EZ BAKE TEMP BOX
EZ Bake provides you with a 2 year Rest EZ temperature unit warranty. We will accept the return of a defective unit 2 years from the date of purchase. The unit must show signs of normal use and be free of any scratches or damage.
Unfortunately, custom laser engraved EZ Bake units may not be returned.
